CHINO, Calif. (July 16, 2025) – Orange County’s Credit Union, the 86-year old Santa Ana-based financial services provider with more than 141,000 Members and almost $3 billion in assets, has announced the opening of its newest full-service branch in the heart of Chino. This marks Orange County Credit Union’s first branch in the city of Chino and a significant step in its expansion into the Inland Empire, supporting its growing membership across Southern California.
The new branch, located in the Town Center at The Preserve at 8401 Pine Ave, Suite 110, offers a welcoming and modern environment where Members can access a full range of financial services, including checking and savings accounts, mobile banking, credit cards, wealth and insurance products, as well as auto, small business, and home loans and financial consultations. The Chino location reflects the Credit Union’s ongoing commitment to providing trusted, personalized financial guidance in the communities it serves.
Chino was thoughtfully selected for this expansion due to the city’s continued residential and commercial growth and the existing presence of Orange County’s Credit Union Members residing in the Chino area. This new location offers added convenience and strengthens the Credit Union’s ability to deliver its signature Member-first experience in a rapidly growing area.
“As a leading financial services provider with more than 86 years of servicing our Members, expanding into Chino is a natural and exciting next step on our growth trajectory,” said Kathy Jumper, CEO of Orange County’s Credit Union. “We already have many thousands of Members who live in Chino, and we’re proud to now offer them a local branch. This location reflects our commitment to growing alongside the communities we serve while staying true to our personalized approach to banking.”
The Chino branch is led by Nupur Randhawa, a respected local banker with more than 14 years of experience in retail banking. Known for building long-lasting relationships and empowering both Members and Associates, Randhawa is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses feel confident about their financial decisions.
“I’m honored to lead this first-of-its-kind Chino location for Orange County’s Credit Union,” said Randhawa. “As someone who has lived and worked in this community for years, I’m excited to welcome new and existing Members into a space where they feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive financially.”
“We're excited to welcome Orange County's Credit Union to Town Center at The Preserve," said Ken Caron, Senior Vice President of Commercial Development at Lewis Retail Centers.
