Social Security Number Policy

We collect Social Security numbers to help establish, maintain and service our Members' accounts in the normal course of business and as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect and limit access to Social Security numbers, and to prohibit their unlawful disclosure.

Associate Conduct

The Credit Union's ethics policy expresses our absolute commitment to integrity, our related organizational values and ethical standards, and the associated business conduct we expect from all our employees. The policy includes specific guidelines about how Credit Union Associates should safeguard confidential information, including Member data. In general, these guidelines limit our Associates' access to confidential information, and restrict how we use and disclose information for specifically authorized processes and transactions. If you or we determine that any of our Associates have violated the policy, we'll take immediate corrective action.
