External Transfers

When you set up your external transfers to another financial institution, you verified your access to the external account. For security reasons, we’re unable to transfer your verification to the new Digital Banking. For transfers to other people, we’re replacing Popmoney with a new option that allows you to send money to people. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  

  • Tuesday, February 19
    Last day to view/edit transfers to other financial institutions and people (Popmoney).
  • Wednesday, February 20 to Monday, February 25
    External Transfers to other financial institutions and people (popmoney) will be UNAVAILABLE.  
  • Monday, February 25
    External Transfers available in new Digital Banking (Online and Mobile).

    ACTION REQUIRED ON/AFTER FEBRUARY 25:  
    Set up your external transfers in the new Digital Banking.
Frequently Asked Questions

Will my external transfers to other financial institutions transfer over?
No – You’ll need to set them up again in the new Digital Banking.  

TIP: It takes 2 to 3 business days to set up an external account; which includes you verifying that you have access to the account. Once you’ve completed the external account verification, you can schedule a transfer to/from that account.

Will my external transfers to pay other people (Popmoney) transfer over?
No – You’ll need to set them up again in the new Digital Banking.
