IMPORTANT NOTICE: Bill Pay (Online and Mobile) will be unavailable from Wednesday, February 20 to Monday, February 25 so we can set up the New Digital Banking. If you need to pay a bill during this time, please refer to your payee’s billing statement for options.

Will my payees and scheduled (reccurring) bill payments transfer over?
Yes — No action is required. Click here for more information about eBills.
Will my Bill Pay history transfer over?
Yes — You can view paid bill payments via your Account History. In the new Digital Banking, as you make new bill payments, the payment history will be available within the Bill Pay section.
Are there changes to when a payee will receive my payment?
It depends — When you log in to the new Digital Banking, you may notice that some bill payments that were previously sent electronically changed to a paper check, and vice-versa. In the new Digital Banking, there's a symbol next to each payee that indicates the payment delivery.
TIP: In the new Digital Banking, use the calendar tool to determine the estimated delivery date and adjust the send date to ensure your bill payment arrives on time
Are there changes when the money is taken out of my account?
Yes — If the bill payment is paid electronically, the money is taken out of your account on the payment send date. If a paper check was mailed on your behalf, the money is subtracted from your balance when the payee cashes the check.
Will my hidden payees remain hidden in the new Digital Banking?
No — Any payees that you’ve hidden will appear in the new Digital Banking.
TIP: From your computer, log in to Digital Banking now until February 19 and delete any payees you’re not using so they don’t transfer over. To find your hidden payees, click the link “hidden” at the top of the Bill Pay screen.
Will all account holders be able to view existing Bill Pay information?
No — Existing information that’s transferring over to the new Digital Banking will only be visible to the primary account holder. When an account holder (primary or joint) adds new information (e.g. bill payee) and schedules new payments/transfers, it will only be visible to that person. All account holders will be able to view completed payments/transfers via Account History.
Will all trustees and/or authorized signers be able to view existing Bill Pay information?
Yes — Existing information that’s transferring over to the new Digital Banking will be visible to all trustees and authorized signers. When new information (e.g. bill payee) is added and new payments/transfers are scheduled, it will be visible to all signers on the Membership.
