By special arrangements with Affinion, Orange County’s Credit Union can provide all of our eligible Members $2,000 of 24-hour accidental death and dismemberment insurance without cost to you.

In addition to the $2,000 of no-cost coverage, you can choose additional coverage amounts (up to $250,000) available at low group rates. For example, an added $10,000 worth of protection can be purchased for just one dollar a month. Family plans are available too.

To get this valuable benefit, call the Plan Administrator toll-free at (800) 252-2148 on weekdays and ask for Customer Service. Just identify yourself as a Member of Orange County’s Credit Union and you’ll be enrolled in the program over the phone in just minutes. You’ll receive a Certificate of Insurance verifying your coverage in the mail.

To sign up for the additional coverage, just fill out the Coverage Increase Request form that will be included with your Certificate of Insurance. Premiums for the additional level of coverage you select will be conveniently deducted from your Credit Union account automatically once a quarter.
