• The Credit Union pays 100% of the premium for HMO plans and 80% of the premium
for PPO plans for full-time associates, and 50% of the premium for eligible dependents,
effective the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment. (Blue Shield
HMO, PPO and Kaiser Medical, Delta PPO and Delta Care PMI Dental Insurance, and
VSP Vision Care)
• The Credit Union contributes $207 toward health coverage for part-time Associates who
work at least 20 hours per week.
